1. Acceptance
By creating a LearnTPRM account or using the LearnTPRM website or Android app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
LearnTPRM provides free Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) certification exams and related educational content. Certificates are issued only after you pass an exam under the published rules (timing, passing score, anti-cheat).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, bots, or attempts to bypass anti-cheat.
- No reverse-engineering of exam questions or answer keys.
- No sharing of accounts, credentials, or certificate IDs for impersonation.
- No abusive, illegal, or harassing content in profiles or support messages.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules and revoke certificates obtained through cheating or fraud.
5. Certificates
Certificates are digital, verifiable, and free. They are issued "as-is" and do not constitute professional accreditation by any regulator. Every certificate has a unique ID and a public verification URL.
6. Intellectual property
All content, exam questions, branding, and software are owned by LearnTPRM or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The LearnTPRM(TM) name and logo are our trademarks.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that certificates will be recognized by any specific employer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnTPRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via /account/delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating LearnTPRM. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
