LearnTPRM ("we", "us", "our") operates the LearnTPRM website at https://learntprm.com and the LearnTPRM Android application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: full name, email address, password (hashed), LinkedIn profile URL.
• Profile data: phone, company name, country, city, role (optional).
• Exam data: exam attempts, answers, scores, timing, certificate IDs.
• Device & usage data: IP address, user-agent, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, referral source.
• Support communications: messages you send through the contact form or support chat.

2. How we use your data

• To create and operate your account and certifications.
• To deliver, grade, and verify exams and issue digital certificates.
• To prevent fraud and abuse (rate-limiting, anti-cheat, audit logs).
• To send transactional emails (verification, certificate issuance, support replies).
• To send marketing communications, including product updates, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• To personalize your experience and improve our services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to our use of your personal data for marketing and promotional purposes. We may share your data with trusted third-party partners and service providers who assist us in delivering the Service, running marketing campaigns, or improving our offerings.

3. Marketing consent

Your use of the Service constitutes consent to receive marketing communications from us and our selected partners. These communications may be sent by email, SMS, or other channels you have provided. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us at support@learntprm.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or support messages related to your account.

4. Sub-processors and third parties we use

• Lovable Cloud - database, authentication, file storage, edge functions.
• Resend - transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Google - optional OAuth sign-in if enabled.
• Other third-party partners - marketing, analytics, advertising, and service providers we engage to operate and promote the Service.

5. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Exam and certificate records are retained so certificates remain verifiable. Marketing preference records may be retained even after account deletion to honor opt-out requests. You can request deletion at any time (see section 7).

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at support@learntprm.com and we will delete it.

7. Your rights & account deletion

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Use the in-app deletion flow at /account/delete or email support@learntprm.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also opt out of marketing communications as described in section 3.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is governed by row-level security and role-based access control. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our sub-processors operate. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
